1.  Do your products have international certification?

All of our factories caries relevant certification for the market we supply to.  Domestic certification is at the responsibility of the buyer.

2.  In the event our products require domestic certifications, will Commerco pay for the certification application?

No, Commerco is not responsible for country-specific certifications and its application process.   Such as local FDA, local ministry certification, or similar.

3.  What are the payment terms?

100% Bank Transfer upon order placement and/or Letter of Credit on sight to be issued upon order placement.

 

4.  Are all shipments insured for accidental damage?

All shipments are insured. FIND maritime insurance.

 

5.  Do you offer credit terms?

Currently, Commerco does not offer credit services for its clients.

6.  Do you offer trade finance?

Currently, Commerco does not offer trade finance services for its clients. 

 

7.  Do you provide support for Government Tender Projects?

Yes, we will provide documentation support for the Government tender project. 

 

8.  How long will it take to deliver a product to the final destination?

The delivery duration varies on the following factors: the final destination, the mode of transportation, factory production schedule.

 

9.  How long is the warranty period for your products?

The majority of our products have factory warranty; however, warranty duration may vary depending on the product.

 

10.  Are the products supplied by Commerco genuine?

Commerco takes full responsibility for the product’s authenticity and production origin. 

 

11.  Do you provide exclusivity rights?

Yes, Commerco can provide for most products depending on sales volume within a certain period of time.
