Commerco’s Capital Investment and Financing Program is designed to allow us to strategically invest or finance projects that enables our core strengths where we see unique market opportunities.

 

Commerco will invest in select opportunities where critical business criteria are met.  Firstly, it must be the target industry.  Secondly, there has to be strong growth for the product or service in the medium to long term.  Thirdly, the financial returns must be attractive and meet our minimum threshold.  Fourthly, the project must help support the local community by empowering them over the long term.
